AMINOPHYLLINE (250 mg ampl)
Loading Dose: 5 - 6 mg/kg (in 20 min)
Maintenance Dose: 0.2 - 0.9 mg/kg.h
Dilution: 1 g/250 ml D5W
Final Concentration: 4 mg/ml
Comments:Climetidine slows metabolism; serum
levels 10-20 ug/ml; major side effects: tachycardia,
tachyarrhythmias, nausea, and vomiting; seizures with serum
levels >30 ug/ml
